Blackcat, la banda de hard rock que lidera Boris Ojeda, se convirtió en la ganadora en la gran final del concurso musical “Aconcagua Vibra más Fuerte”, iniciativa que con enorme éxito desarrolló la Municipalidad de San Felipe, a través de la Oficina de la Juventud y el Departamento de Cultura. El segundo lugar en tanto, lo obtuvo la banda Aconcáñamo, mientras que el tercer lugar lo consiguió Gia. Las tres bandas, junto a Proyecto Prana y La Cayetano, fueron las cinco seleccionadas luego de un proceso que se inició con la inscripción de cincuenta agrupaciones de distintos puntos del valle, debiendo someterse las finalistas al escrutinio del público que votó por ellas a través de internet, pero también a la definición del jurado, que escuchó y evaluó atentamente a cada una.
Blackcat en tanto, logró no solo el primer lugar de las preferencias por internet, sino también a la hora de presentarse ante el público, demostrando el buen nivel que han alcanzado a lo largo de sus cuatro años de trabajo. Al obtener el primer lugar, la banda se hizo acreedora del premio consistente en la grabación, mezcla y masterización de tres temas musicales en el estudio Monosound de Benjamín Lechuga, quien fue parte precisamente del jurado.
Tras la premiación, el líder de la banda no escondió su emoción, señalando que “esto es un empuje gigante para seguir haciendo música. Grabar con Benjamín Lechuga en su estudio en Santiago económicamente es súper difícil. Por eso agradecemos al municipio, porque esto es único en Aconcagua y nosotros lo agradecemos mucho, esto es nuevo, sobre todo para nuestro estilo musical, que no es muy comprendido y nosotros lo agradecemos un mil por ciento, porque mostrar lo que hacemos es una oportunidad muy valiosa y ojalá que en San Felipe sigan haciendo estas cosas”.
Quienes también se mostraron muy felices de esta oportunidad, fueron los integrantes de Aconcáñamo, cuyo vocalista Roberto Barraza resaltó que su propuesta musical nació como una instancia de fortalecimiento del movimiento socioambiental que se ha generado en el valle, con motivo de la defensa de los glaciares y el agua.
“Nuestra principal lucha es la defensa del agua y nuestro objetivo por lo tanto, es defenderla y plasmar eso incluso en la música, porque también podemos instalar mensajes, aunque sea en los bares que es donde normalmente tocamos. Esta es una gran oportunidad que entrega la Municipalidad de San Felipe y ojalá que se mantenga en el tiempo”, aseveró.
El Alcalde Patricio Freire señaló que estas instancias de participación y de reconocimiento a las bandas sanfelipeñas y de todo el valle, deben ser permanentes, por lo mismo se mostró entusiasmado con la posibilidad de que este concurso se mantenga y además, sea una instancia que permita celebrar el Día de la Juventud. Relevó también la labor de las unidades municipales que participaron en esta actividad y al mismo tiempo, valoró el respaldo del gobierno a través del INJUV.
“Nos parece muy importante contar con el apoyo del INJUV. Pero también, nos parece importante y nos entusiasma mucho que ante el llamado para una instancia de participación como esta, los jóvenes de inmediato se sumen y lo valoren”, señaló el Alcalde Freire.
En tanto, el director regional de INJUV, Cristian Román, valoró el esfuerzo desplegado por la Municipalidad de San Felipe, para el desarrollo de este evento que permite brindar un espectáculo de calidad al público a partir de bandas locales, pero además, reconociendo y premiando a aquellas que se destacan de entre sus pares.
En la calle Salinas, donde se realizó final del concurso, una gran cantidad de público se congregó para disfrutar de las presentaciones de las bandas en competencia, las que dieron paso al show del grupo Delta y Sinergia, que fue el encargado de cerrar el espectáculo.
