Detectives de la agrupación MT0 de la Brigada Antinarcóticos y Contra el Crimen Organizado de la Policía de Investigaciones de Chile, detuvieron a C.B.P.J (23) y a I.A.V.C. (18), hombre y mujer respectivamente, quienes se dedicaban a la venta de sustancias ilícitas en pequeñas cantidades en el centro de la comuna de Los Andes, usando para ofertar la mercancía las redes sociales.
El trabajado de análisis criminal e inteligencia policial desarrollado por los oficiales de la PDI permitió recopilar antecedentes que daban cuenta que la pareja contactaba a sus potenciales compradores a través de diversas redes sociales, para posteriormente y utilizando la modalidad de delivery, hacer las entregas de cannabis sativa en el centro de la ciudad.
En el operativo, se realizaron entrada y registro a tres inmuebles, desde los que fueron incautados 941 gramos de marihuana avaluados en cerca de 5 millones de pesos, además de elementos para la dosificación de drogas.
Por instrucción del Ministerio Público, los imputados fueron puestos a disposición del Juzgado de Garantía de Los Andes para ser formalizados por el delito de Infracción a la Ley 20.000, instancia en que conocerán las medidas cautelares que recaerán en su contra.
