A primera hora de este miércoles Dirigentes de la FENATS Aconcagua llegaron al pasaje Juana Ross en San Felipe tomándose las dependencias del Servicio de Salud, denunciando con pancartas y lienzos incumplimiento del gobierno del protocolo de acuerdo firmado el 2015 y exigiendo la renuncia de la Directora Vilma Olave. Una vez al interior de la Dirección de Salud, Casandra González, Presidenta de la FENATS Aconcagua, dio a conocer una declaración pública con los motivos de la Toma y exigió la presencia del gobernador Provincial Eduardo León y la Directora del Servicio Vilma Olave, con el objeto de acordar e instalar de inmediato una mesa de diálogo que garantice las demandas gremio.
LAS DECLARACIÓN PÚBLICA DE LA FENTAS ACONCAGUA
Ante el indignante incumplimiento del Protocolo de Acuerdo firmado por la Ministra de Salud, Carmen Castillo, y el notable y reiterado abandono de sus deberes como Directora del Servicio de Salud Aconcagua de la Doctora Vilma Olave, expresamos a la opinión pública lo siguiente:
1.- Deploramos la conducta asumida por las autoridades del Ministerio de Salud y del Ministerio de Hacienda de este gobierno, quienes sin justificación ninguna han faltado gravemente a la palabra empeñada y a la firma estampada en el Protocolo de Acuerdo suscrito en septiembre del año pasado. Resulta indignante que las más altas autoridades del gobierno no cumplan lo comprometido, defraudando con ello la fe pública y postergando por años las legítimas reivindicaciones de miles de trabajadoras y trabajadores de la salud.
2.- Repudiamos las reiteradas muestras de desprecio hacia las y los trabajadores del Servicio de Salud Aconcagua por parte de la Dra. Vilma Olave, que se expresan de múltiples formas. Ayer volvió a suspender la reunión Multigremial mensual de julio, el mes pasado tampoco estuvo presente, suspendió en marzo y abril. Se ha negado sistemáticamente a tener reuniones bilaterales con nuestro gremio sin dar ninguna explicación.
3.- Rechazamos el permanente incumplimiento de la normativa vigente sobre selección de personal. Debiendo convocar a nuestro gremio a trabajar en la elaboración de las bases de concursos y pautas de evaluación del concurso del SAMU, se nos excluye sin ningún fundamento, con el propósito de impedir el necesario control social que debe existir en materia de contrataciones de personal.
4.- Repudiamos la conducta autoritaria y antidemocrática de la Dra. Olave en el ejercicio de su cargo. El periodo que ha oficiado como Directora se ha caracterizado por numerosos despidos arbitrarios e injustos, violando los derechos fundamentales de las y los trabajadores. Ha amparado el mal trato y acoso laboral en contra del personal, protegiendo a los responsables y haciendo caso omiso del Instructivo Presidencial sobre la materia. Ha utilizado los sumarios como una herramienta de su gestión directiva, provocando climas laborales tensionados y desfavorables para la salud mental de las y los trabajadores, lo que repercute gravemente en la atención de nuestros beneficiarios.
5.- Acusamos a la Dra. Vilma Olave de notable abandono de sus deberes como Directora del Servicio de Salud, quien en un acto ilegal asume el cargo de gobernadora de Los Andes, a sabiendas que el puesto que ocupa le exige dedicación exclusiva. Con este ejemplo de vulneración de la legalidad vigente —que como máxima autoridad del Servicio de Salud Aconcagua tiene la obligación de cumplir la ley—, la inhabilita éticamente para continuar ocupando tan importante cargo de responsabilidad administrativa.
Cuidado con Vilma o les va a ir a patiar el trasero, tal como lo hizo con el Alcalde Navarro cuando la despidió. Navarro no se pudo sentar en una semana.
