No existe la posibiidad de declarar desiertas estas distinciones? todos los años andan buscando gente mediocre para ser premiada y se están acabando. Tendrían sentido estas distinciones si se hiciera respecto de personas que han hecho algo y no andar llenando cupos como enfermos cada año.
