La falta de coordinación entre los equipos de emergencia y autoridad política responsable que se dio la tarde del sábado tras el aluvión que provocó la crecida del estero Pocuro, que derivó en que se informará equívocamente de seis personas desaparecidas, finalmente se corroboró solo una denuncia por presunta desgracia. Luego de la tercera reunión de COE de la Provincia de Los Andes que se realizó la tarde de este domingo, el Gobernador Daniel Zamorano, ratificó que se mantenía una sola persona extraviada, puntualmente del ex militar Jorge Bustamante, de 59 años, ocurrida la tarde del sábado en el sector de Los Rosales en Calle Larga.
“Corresponde a una denuncia que se hizo en la Tenencia de Carabineros de Calle Larga y a través de eso hemos desarrollado un seguimiento del caso y poder ubicar a esta persona en el estero Pocuro. Esto permitió que durante todo este domingo tuviéramos una vigilancia de Carabineros, PDI y Bomberos en un trayecto de 21 kilómetros en busca de esta persona y también corroborar o descartar la información entregada por Bomberos el sábado sobre el avistamiento de otros cuerpos, lo que no ha podido ser confirmado. Por lo mismo lo oficial es que hay una persona desaparecida en la provincia de Los Andes, puntualmente en el sector Los Rosales en Calle Larga.”-sostuvo el Gobernador Zamorano.
A más de 24 horas de aluvión la autoridad provincial sostuvo que tampoco se han registrado por particulares nuevas denuncias de presuntas desgracias; “y en ese sentido acordamos en COE continuar este lunes con las operaciones de búsqueda, de hecho distribuimos los sectores en que van a trabajar Carabineros, Bomberos y PDI, además contaremos con el apoyo del Ejército y quedaremos atentos si llegan más denuncias y si aparecen nuevos sectores donde se tenga que buscar.”
DAÑOS MATERIALES
En cuanto a los daños materiales dejados por el aluvión en la provincia de Los Andes, donde se dio la situación más critica por los aluviones en el valle de Aconcagua, Daniel Zamorano, indicó que hay caminos en Calle Larga y Rinconada afectados; “y este lunes vamos a iniciar el despeje de estos caminos, limpiaremos algunos badenes que están cortados por prevención, pero las rutas principales están todas operativas. En el caso del Camino Internacional en la parte alta a funcionado con normalidad y el Complejo Los Libertadores ha estado abierto en todo momento. Si una parte de la línea férrea en Riecillo sufrió algunos daños y está suspendido el tránsito del ferrocarril y estamos en coordinación con Codelco cuando se va a reponer. En San Esteban lo más complicado fue algunas casas anegadas, entre estas una cuyos ocupantes están viviendo con familiares.”
ALCALDE DE CALLE LARGA DESTACA RASTREO DE DESAPARECIDO
El alcalde de Calle Larga, Nelson Venegas, destacó trabajo de rastreo en estero Pocuro en búsqueda del único desaparecido, Jorge Bustamante, de 59 años, que fue arrastrado por aluvión la tarde del sábado en el sector de Los Rosales.
Sobre esta emergencia el alcalde Nelson Venegas, manifestó que minutos después de producirse el aluvión el Comité de Operaciones y Emergencia COE de Calle Larga, activó un completo operativo para determinar la gravedad de la situación que afectó a la comuna.
“Este tipo de situaciones nuevamente revelan las consecuencias que ha traído y seguirá trayendo el cambio climático en nuestro país. Afortunadamente en junio del año pasado, el municipio en conjunto con Vialidad, limpiaron el cauce del estero Pocuro por 25 kilómetros, el cual se encontraba cubierto de vegetación. De no haberse realizado ese trabajo, posiblemente estaríamos lamentando situaciones aún más complejas de las que hoy nos afectan y que son de gran gravedad”, sostuvo el alcalde.

Un comandante de bomberos nombre Joel Muñoz lanzó la noticia de haber visto cuerpos flotando en el agua y eso salió por Chilevisión y eso debe haber descolocado a los aparatos de emergencia.
Y segundo, he visto por redes como los ex concejales Claudio Núñez, Benigno Retamal, Eugenio Cornejo, y personalidades de la calaña del Superintendente de Bomberos, Sr, Julio Hardoy, la Señora Ximena Rivillo, Manuel León Saa, Alejandro Escudero Madrid, hacen chistes de las tragedias y por eso la gente les conoce… por sus obras les conoceréis, cero sensibilidad con el dolor ajeno y sobre la noticia debieron revisar bien quien o quienes partieron diciendo que habían mas personas perdidas.
Por suerte en este consuelo de tontos, hubo un hombre donde se lamenta su trágica pérdida.
