Diversos temas se trataron en la reunión que sostuvo el Alcalde de Catemu, Boris Luksic, con vecinos de la Villa Don Alfonso que conforman el comité de pavimento participativo “El Paraíso”, pero esencialmente lo que será el resultado el próximo lunes del 25° Concurso de Pavimentos Participativos, donde están preseleccionados. Dicho proyecto contempla la calle Andrés Bello, los pasajes Pablo Neruda, Gabriela Mistral y Violeta Parra, que suman un costo total de 112 millones de pesos de inversión. Del total de los recursos el Municipio, en un esfuerzo extraordinario, realizó el doble del aporte correspondiente, para contribuir con la concreción del proyecto, tan anhelado por los vecinos del sector.
Además el Alcalde realizó las gestiones para que las familias pertenecientes a este comité no tuviesen que incurrir en el gasto de más de 5 millones de pesos, al ser declaradas familias muy vulnerables. De esta forma los vecinos solamente tuvieron que cancelar el costo del diseño de la ingeniería, correspondiente a un 3% del total.
Con ansias los vecinos esperan el resultado definitivo de este llamado, el cual confirmará si su proyecto resultó beneficiado, respuesta definitiva que se dará a conocer el día lunes 18 de enero.
“Estamos especialmente contentos, este es un esfuerzo conjunto del comité, del Municipio y del Minvu, que ha permitido llegar a buen término con estos proyectos. Esperamos que los vecinos de la Villa Don Alfonso continúen organizados y que por supuesto consigan la aprobación de este tan anhelado y significativo proyecto, que contribuye directamente en mejorar su calidad de vida”, señaló el Alcalde Boris Luksic.
