Autoridad del Serviu y la Gobernación Provincial la tarde de este lunes confirmó a familias beneficiarias que la empresa Santa Adriana s.a. que hace mas de un mes paralizó por problemas económicos la construcción de las 92 viviendas del Comité Futura Casa en San Felipe, finalmente se declaró en quiebra. (Foto: Proyecto habitacional quedó con un 60 por ciento de avance)
Para abordar el preocupante tema, a última hora de la tarde de este lunes, el Gobernador Eduardo León, junto a Natalia Ríos, Delegada Provincial del Serviu se reunieron con los dirigentes del Comité “Futura Casa” de San Felipe para abordar la quiebra de la empresa que estaba a cargo de edificar este esperado conjunto habitacional, ubicado en Avenida Encón. Estas familias fueron anteriormente estafadas por la conocida “Egis Daniela”.
El Gobernador León explicó que ya se han tomado una serie de medidas para asegurar la continuidad del proyecto y que ya se están buscando una serie de alternativas para dar lo antes posible reiniciar la construcción de estas viviendas. Además la autoridad aseguró que se está trabajando en dar tranquilidad a los vecinos.
“Hoy día junto a los dirigentes, escuchamos por parte de Serviu y los organismos técnicos esta lamentable noticia que la empresa les ha informado hoy que ha quebrado. También nos han informado de los resguardos legales y económicos que hay, además vamos a tener reuniones periódicas para avanzar en una solución. Nadie quiso esto, pero hay que darle tranquilidad a la gente que los construido está y los recursos están resguardados para poder continuar con las obras”, señaló el Gobernador Eduardo León.
Por su parte la representante del Serviu aseguró que: “Estábamos trabajando por el tema de insolvencia de la empresa. Teníamos dos alternativas, era una sesión de crédito y una sesión de contrato, lo que les había yo mencionado y aclarando la prensa de la semana pasada. Lamentablemente nos enteramos hoy en la mañana que la empresa está trabajando en la quiebra y yo estaba en Valparaíso cuando me enteré de la situación, llamé al Gobernador para avisarle, di la información al Director Regional Carlos Contador e inmediatamente me contacté con el Departamento jurídico, técnico y de finanzas para ver los pasos a seguir. No hay muchas alternativas, tenemos que esperar la respuesta de estas dos empresas interesadas en hacerse cargo del proyecto “Futura Casa” y darle una respuesta satisfactoria a las familias del comité y a los dirigentes”, explicó Natalia Ríos, Delegada Provincial del Serviu.
Por su parte Carlos Carrillo, asistente técnico del proyecto “Futura Casa” señaló que: “En esta reunión se informó a la autoridad y a los dirigentes de los vecinos sobre el estado actual del proyecto del Comité “Futura Casa”. Que si bien se sabe hace 30 días sobre los problemas económicos de la empresa constructora, hoy día nos enteramos por información directa de su representante legal que se está solicitando la quiebra y eso para nosotros abre una serie de tareas urgentes distintas a las que se trabajaron porque solo se sabía que era un problema de insolvencia y se estaban buscando empresas que puedan continuar con el proyecto y continuar la construcción sin mayores problemas. La situación de quiebra obliga a solicitar liquidación del contrato y cobrar la boleta de garantía. Hacer los trámites y con ello poder visualizar la contratación de una nueva empresa”, contó.
Finalmente el representante del Comité expresó que: “Estamos contentos con la directiva por juntarnos con el Gobernador y la jefa del Serviu para ver una solución y ver que constructora pude seguir construyendo. Mañana vamos a tener una reunión con las autoridades para ver qué empresa viene para seguir construyendo y dar una fecha de comienzo. Sabemos que quebraron y que la gente no esté nerviosa porque estamos trabajando con todo para ver una solución luego y comenzar a trabajar en la construcción de nuestro proyecto”, señaló Miguel Torres, Presidente del Comité “Futura Casa”
